Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup or service appointments. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as communicated during booking confirmation.

Prices listed on our website serve as estimates and starting points. Final pricing will be determined after in-person assessment of your furniture pieces. Additional charges may apply for extensive damage, specialty materials, or custom restoration requests.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your furniture pieces, including known damage, previous repairs, and material composition. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect service quality and pricing.

You represent that you are the legal owner of all furniture items submitted for restoration or have proper authorization from the owner to request our services.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Warranty periods vary by service package: Essential Refresh includes a 90-day warranty, Complete Restoration includes a 2-year warranty, and Premium Transformation includes a 5-year warranty on our workmanship.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, outdoor weather exposure beyond normal conditions, accidents, or modifications made by parties other than Thexrovaphol. Natural wood movement, minor color variations, and material aging are considered normal characteristics.

7. Intellectual Property
